四级隔膜泵是针对那些需要超低真空度及大抽速的持续的、无油抽气的优秀解决方案。所有与所抽气体或蒸汽接触的部件都由铝、不锈钢和经仔细选择的塑料等材质制成，可广泛用于非腐蚀性气体。这类泵同时具有抽气速度大和达0.5mbar超高JX真空的优点。高柔韧性的纤维增强的双层膜片采用FKM材质，进一步延长了运行寿命。八泵头的NT系列泵运行安静，表面整洁，易于整理。 四级隔膜泵是在真空值要求非常低时的一种针对非腐蚀气体的持续的、无油抽气的优秀解决方案。该泵非常适合用于物理和分析领域。它们可产生洁净真空，结构设计不涉及任何接触式密封圈，因此避免产生磨屑或颗粒及反冲到应用端。低的JX真空值使其在很多应用中可以很好地取代旋片泵，比如用于分子泵的前级泵。此外，VARIO®型泵通过精确控制隔膜泵的电机速度来实现真空控制。可根据实际需求反馈控制电机转速，这一特性进一步延长了隔膜等维修配件的寿命，同时也提高了作为分子泵前驱泵时的性能。
