专为化学设计的隔膜泵是针对腐蚀性气体和蒸汽的一种持续的、无油抽气的优秀解决方案。双级泵的结构同时具有抽气速度大和低JX真空的优点。所有与所抽介质接触的部件均采用耐化学腐蚀的氟塑料制备。经广泛验证的PTFE“三明治”夹层结构膜片不仅增加了稳定性，而且延长了运行寿命。MZ 1C 配有气镇，可用于持续地冷凝物吹扫，增加泵的耐冷凝性蒸汽的耐受性。它的尺寸非常小巧，十分节省安放空间，同时有非常好的性能。可选配带真空表的手动真空流量阀作为附件，调节抽速或JX真空值。 双级化学隔膜泵是用于中等真空需求下抽取腐蚀性气体或蒸汽的一个优良解决方案。相对水喷射泵比，它们不需要消耗水，因此也不会产生废水。主要应用于为旋转蒸发仪、干胶仪、抽滤和许多其他实验室应用。MZ 1C作为一款小型真空泵，性能强劲，可以持续抽取溶剂蒸汽。它的结构紧凑，真空度好。如果工艺要求在常温下冷凝所抽气体或进行电子真空控制，我们推荐MZ 2C NT或MD 1C系列的真空系统。
