PC 3004 VARIO VARIO®化学真空系统
VARIO®泵及其真空系统通过调节隔膜泵的马达转速实现精准的真空控制。按一个键后，即可实现全自动的蒸发控制。该系列的基础泵是MD 4C NT VARIO三级化学隔膜泵，满足大部分高沸点溶剂的高真空需求。PC 3004 VARIO是大量溶剂蒸发的可靠之选。在进气口配备一个外覆保护膜的玻璃材质的分离瓶，防止颗粒或液滴进入泵内。出气口废气冷凝器可实现近QB的溶剂回收效果，有效地循环利用溶剂，同时主动地保护环境。因需调控的马达速度控制使得膜片等磨损件的寿命超长。 主要应用于蒸发工艺。蒸发过程可以完全自动运行，过程时间更短，而且对很难区分的混合物有非常好的灵敏性。VARIO®控制可防止过热或者起泡，确保了过程的可靠性。它随时根据不断变化的过程参数来自动调节真空度，不断自我调节。这样操作完全不需要输入参数或者使用溶剂数据库。而且在许多其他应用及在实验室真空网路中， VARIO®变频控制可一直处在Z佳抽速，因此有更多好处。VACUU·BUS®系统使连接非常容易，即使针对复杂的真空配置。
